We offer Studio + One Bedroom apartment homes in a fantastic location, completely updated and with spacious walk-in closets. We are only 5 to 10 minutes from Redstone Arsenal, Research Park and Downtown, and just minutes from everything else that Huntsville & Madison has to offer. We have already paid your deposit for Huntsville Utilities so that you don't have to! We send you an online invoice every month which includes your rent payment as well as your Electric Bill - we cover the water and trash. We accept online payments, which you can pay with either a credit/debit card or bank information for a small fee. You are also welcome to still pay with a check or money order. We are Student Friendly, too - near UAH, Alabama A&M, Calhoun & Oakwood University and Calhoun Community College. Excellent First Apartment for Student
September 9, 2018My daughter and son both have an apartment here. My daughter is a Freshman in college and this is my son's first apartment. The apartment manager Tabitha is awesome and the neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. I have been there at all hours of the day and night and it seems very safe. No late night activity going on near the apartments. It is a block from Calhoun so my daughter is close to school. I would highly recommend it.Property Manager Responded
