    We've been living in this building for nine years, management keeps it up and over all it's a really nice place to live.

  • Quiet and close to everything!

    This apartment is a 2 bed, 1 bath on the corner of Penn and Glenwood. The apartment rent is $1150 but you get a heated garage spot with it (I have always parked on street prior to living here and wow, it is sweet). A lot of families live here and you'll hear the laughter of kids running down the hall sometimes but no noise between apartments, through walls or ceilings / floors. I love how quick I can get on 394. I also have developed a love for nearby cedar lake! Would recommend to anyone if you ...
    don't feel strongly about being near a ton of bars, etc as it is a very residential area.
