RENTERS BEWARE

they cant keep property managers or maintenece help. several complaints with code enforcement. if you love dogs that pee in the elevator. takes a long time for elevators to be repaired. if you are handicaped you only want the first floor. bldg 2 elevtor was down 5 weeks. people missed doctor appointments and we had to assist getting groceries up to them. hoisted up with rope. the owners to not pay their bills. so landscape compainy will not give service unti they are paid in advance. the ...

owners do not care for residents.

Not perfect, that's for sure

January 3, 2023 - Review from Apartments.com

They are nothing special and have water that is barely drinkable. They don't have a gate so not a gated community. There is plenty of people under 55 so not an age controlled community. There is an influx of unknown vehicles because there is no gate. They have rats in the attic.
