Welcome to The Bridges Dinkytown - off-campus apartments near the University of Minnesota! Choose from our studio, 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom floor plans; each featuring spacious, open layouts, private bedrooms, and private bathrooms. Our fully-furnished apartments include a washer and dryer, ample storage space, vinyl wood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a modern furniture package. High-speed internet, water, gas, trash and sewer service are all included in your monthly rental installment as a $30/month allowance. Electric is billed back based off unit usage. You'll love our resident clubhouse with community room, lounge spaces, business center with study lounge, game room, movie theater, and 2-story fitness center with yoga studio and a tanning bed. Lived here for a year and chose to resign for another year because it’s been a good experience. There were some minor damages to the apartment when i moved in like small holes in my closet doors but nothing that’s actually going to cause me problems and maintenance requests get taken care of efficiently. New updates to the common spaces like amazon lockers have improved overall quality of life. Only able to hear through bathroom walls, everything else is pretty sound proof. Overall pretty good ...

place to live for dinkytown, and because it’s on the outskirts of dinky there’s not too much noise, good access to campus/metro bus lines as well!

Apartment units are very large with great windows, space, and an incredible and unique view. The space itself is a bit out of date but renovations are being completed. The walls are also very thick and I almost never hear neighbors or my roommates, except weirdly the doors are thin and sound does travel down the hall a bit.

I've generally enjoyed living at the Bridges! There were some issues originally with the sink in my unit, but maintenance was able to eventually fix it without too much continued hassle. The dryer is a bit underpowered, but it's in-unit, so not complaining too much. The place itself is quite nice, and they've been doing a lot of work to improve the amenities like study rooms.

I was nervous first moving into The Bridges, I have heard people’s horror stories about cleanliness management and security when I first signed. I can honestly say since moving in I have had the best interactions with management, the maintenance team is awesome and quick to fix issues. The front desk has always been super helpful with any questions. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and I have always felt safe around the building. I am truly happy to live here and call it home, ...

so much so that I resigned. The only real negative things I would have to say would be the blinds in the apartment, mine are always falling apart and they are a bit tacky. Shades or curtains would be a lot better. I would recommend The Bridges to anyone that loves affordability, great location, great amenities, and friendly and helpful staff.

Generally speaking it’s fine that’s the best way to put it. The gym was closed for months after it was promised to be finished and no one from management ever updated. Maintenance is generally ok but they will complete maintenance requests after not even entering unit.
