There were some issues originally with the sink in my unit, but maintenance was able to eventually fix it without too much continued hassle. The dryer is a bit underpowered, but it's in-unit, so not complaining too much. June 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI was nervous first moving into The Bridges, I have heard people’s horror stories about cleanliness management and security when I first signed. I can honestly say since moving in I have had the best interactions with management, the maintenance team is awesome and quick to fix issues. The front desk has always been super helpful with any questions. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and I have always felt safe around the building. I am truly happy to live here and call it home, ...so much so that I resigned. The only real negative things I would have to say would be the blinds in the apartment, mine are always falling apart and they are a bit tacky. Shades or curtains would be a lot better. The gym was closed for months after it was promised to be finished and no one from management ever updated. Maintenance is generally ok but they will complete maintenance requests after not even entering unit.

There were fun events every month and maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly. I’ve enjoyed my time at the bridges. I quite like the location. Maintenance is always fast to respond and nice when my cat gets in their way. Had a package go missing for a month but was later found. January 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comDirty building, definitely didn’t clean my apartment before because there was old belongings from the previous tenants and dirt prior to move in. cheap blinds and cabinets breaking. dirty halls. the gyms weights are always missing and stolen. office room has one table lol. office will hold your package and can only pick up during office hours.. not helpful if you have a 9-5. this place is gross, pay the extra dollr snd go somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

Vital doors didn’t work (stairs, garage, study rooms), elevators constantly broke and they didn’t notice, cleaning and basic upkeep wasn’t done, they charged my roommate an extra month of rent, and the apartment was in bad condition when I moved in.Property Manager Responded
