Great place just missing a few things
June 25, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comPlace is great clean and staff is amazing. The rooms are above average in size I feel for the area. The main issues are they promise all these amenities but have been “under construction” for ever. They seem to put wayyyy more attention into their other property across the street and this place feels like an after thought. So I would highly suggest looking at the bridges.
decent place for students
June 25, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt is an okay place for an okay price (unless it goes up from the time I rented), without loud noises nearby, especially for dinkytown. The bus stop is right across the street, which is nice, but usually I’d have to transfer bus or switch to walking at the first stop, depending on where my class is. Walkable distance to restaurants and convenient places, except for during winter, but this is minnesota so.
The service at this apartment has been absolutely terrible.
June 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comFor the past 8 months, we have not been able to use the amenities on the first floor due to ongoing construction. The leasing office already has very short operating hours, but there have been many times when no staff was even present during those hours. To make matters worse, items were stolen from my car in the parking garage, and no one took any responsibility for it. What is the point of paying amenity fees? Why am I even paying for parking?

November 2, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comA little shady about pricing, when you tour they tell you the base line price but then add $40 worth of amenities and maintenance costs when you pay rent. When you submit a maintenance request it takes upwards of a month to get fulfilled. The building is absolute trash when it comes to cleanliness, the garbage by the front door is always over flowing and it reeks, there is also spider colony about 100 strong that live by the front door so that's fun too. If you have an emergency fix it request ...they will charge you an extra $100 on top of the $40 you already pay for these types of things. Also as nice as the building looks it was made on the cheap, if you have OCD do not live here because none of the lines are parallel, our stove is a good inch higher on one side than the other our cabinets also hang a little crooked too. If you bike, the ramp out of the garage is super steep, so get your legs ready. The non existent security that is suppose to watch the building at night really helps to make us feel safe in the building considering there was an armed robbery a block away from the building. The doors into the building are also often propped open compromising the safety and security of the building. All in all its about what you can expect for student housing, the management will treat you like trash because they know that we have no other choice than to live here so don't get your hopes up but the location is great!Read More

October 30, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comExtremely overpriced, with $40 worth of hidden fees each month. Customer service and security is awful. We submitted a fix it request over a month ago because the poorly built closet rack collapsed and no one has even reached out to fix it. My roommates and I pay a "service fee" each month for the building to aid in fixing issues like this, however we can't even get management to respond to our emails or attempt to fix the broken closest.
