Value for my rent
June 30, 2021I have lived several places in Uptown and the Murals is by far my favorite. The building and units are well made and functional. Even stylish! The rare times I have needed maintenance, they were always quick and kind about all fixes. The most impressive part is the constant upgrades. Many buildings in Uptown just stay as they are because they know people will pay for location. In my 3 years at Murals, there has been new flooring, the building has been painted, new furniture in the community ...room, new shared computers, new fancy coffee machine, and more. Great Uptown apartment!
June 4, 2021We love living here! It's a great price and great location within walking distance to food, shopping, and Aldi. Even though it's right on Lyndale, it's incredibly quiet and we hardly hear neighbors or the busy street noise. Our unit has all the appliances we want/need and we've barely had any maintenance issues in the two years we've lived here. The management is great and very on top of things too! My favorite apartment I have lived in.
March 1, 2021I would highly recommend living here. It is a more affordable apartment option in this area while still having a W/D in unit and decent sized square footage. I lived in an apartment overlooking the little courtyard and it was so pretty with the trees, and very quiet considering the location right on Lyndale. Also, noise from neighbors isn't too bad here. I have heard horror stories of super thin walls where you can hear everything through them but I didn't have that problem here at all. And the ...management here is very responsive to any concerns and are very easy to work with.Property Manager Responded

Love living here!
November 29, 2020I moved into the Murals of Lynlake this past summer and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The location is right next to the greenway and located within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The price is very reasonable, especially when compared to surrounding apartment complexes. We absolutely love our two bedroom apartment. It’s very open with a beautiful view. Great Community to Live In!
November 14, 2020I've lived in The Murals for over a year now and absolutely love it! The building is super clean and kept in great shape thanks to Steve. The Community Manager Michaela and Leasing Agent Cindy are both super duper nice and make ever interaction positive. The amenities are also great, my personal favorite is the community room complete with a pool table, fireplace, speakers, and tvs. It's the perfect hangout spot in winter.
