Lack of Service
March 25, 2026I scheduled an in-person tour appointment today at 4:30pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and saw the leasing office was closed. I called the number from the confirmation email about the tour and left a voicemail. I waited 20 minutes before leaving, and no one showed up or reached out during that time.Property Manager Responded

Stay away
March 17, 2025Horrible place to live. Sleep with one eye open and the other closed. Live at your on risk. Loud neighbors, management never picks up calls. Get your car towed despite having stickers and parking int the respective spots. You’ll get eviction notification despite paying rent .Property Manager Responded

horrible place to live
February 3, 2025Don't even bother coming here. Rodents are an issue even if you submit a maintence request they don't read it. Forget trying to get ahold of anyone from the management office they don't respond. In fact when you walk up to the office because the fire alarm is going off they'll run and lock the door first. They are not ADA compliant for notifications for entering, they randomly shut off the water with no notice and genuinely don't care about the residents. Also there is no pool it got taken out ...last fall not like they ever opened it anyway.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Managment
May 2, 2024Stayed there the whole year 2023. They suck Managment chaged and they never told anyone. They changed there number too after new managment but never said anything. August 8, 2018Services at this apartment complex is excellent. Whenever something is broken it is promptly repaired and ready to go. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming, they make you like every question is important and answered with pending issues resolved in a timely manner. Cleaning at this apartment complex has become a priority since the resumption of the current staff. The hallways and entry ways of buildings are cleaned up everyday and is nothing like it used to be. i would personally ...recommend this property to anyone when looking for a decent accommodating place to rent. July 22, 2015Out of all the places I've lived, this was my best experience! I rented a one bedroom, and it was really spacious (loved that). Management was pleasant and repaired things quickly.
