    Overall we’ve been happy here. The garage gates never work, and we’ve had some noisy neighbors, but maintenance is great and the office is always super helpful.

    The office staff are efficient and helpful. Maintenance is always ontime with repairs or any concerns. The units are nice and upgraded. I do like how the property is very well kept, and clean.

    So far I’ve been here for almost a year. Everything has been really good like the staff in the area. The only two issues I wish was that they were more upgraded amenities like maybe a little bit more gym equipment to target other body parts you wanna work out on. Another thing would be maybe giving a makeover in the building buildings like getting rid of the carpet and maybe adding flooring so it matches the elevator or tiles. So maybe you’re repainting the walls a bit to keep up-to-date with ...

    The neighbors noises are irritating especially when it’s in the middle of the night. I wish there was more consideration. And I don’t think bringing it up the management helps with anything.

    It's been a pleasurable experience thus far. My apartment is perfect for one person and all the amenities my apartment offers are wonderful. However, I wish we had cameras in the parking garage and the doors remain locked, some of the doors are broken and anyone can wonder in at anytime. Other than that it's a great place and I do plan to move into a 2 bedroom at the end of my lease.

    Great place to live. Apartments are beautiful and I love my huge balcony. It's so quiet. The apartments are well insulated. All my friends comment on how quiet it is. The pool and all of the amenities are luxurious. Rents are amazingly reasonable.

    When I signed my lease I was in between promotions and so I didn’t receive any offers. Asked the office if I could have the promotion and they said their hands were tied. Also when I got my key at 2pm I asked if I could receive it earlier so I could beat the heat and no I couldn’t. Other than these two incidents it’s been a good experience. Just wish my first expression was more positive.
