From there, your options open up ten-fold, with everything from plenty of enchilada options, including enchiladas mole, shrimp enchiladas, and even barbecue chicken enchiladas. They also have the traditional fair, with tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and all your favorites, or their Mexican plates, with interesting items like pollo avocado, chile relleno, and carne guisada. Also, make sure to try to their special dish, El Sancho Panza, which gives you two enchiladas, tamales, tacos, and all the sides, a plate specially designed for those with hearty appetites. Not in the mood for something quite so heavy? There are many lighter options on the menu, like spinach and mushroom enchiladas, vegetable quesadillas, or low-card fajita rancheras. The bar is a sight to behold as well, from the live music playing often, to the great drinks they serve, it's worth showing up just to enjoy the entertainment. You can enjoy the live music right from the bar, where you can sip on Palapa's famous Paloozarita, or a nice Mexican martini. Also, some delicious free appetizers are available at the bar, so it's worth stopping by just to try their tasty starters.
