One place to enjoy this gorgeous countryside, while at the same time taking in some of the best cocktails in town, as well as some delicious grub, need only take a trip up to Peaks Lounge, on the Hyatt Regency Denver, where the beauty of the meal is only matched the beauty of its surroundings. Aside from its breathtaking views, Peaks Lounge is also famous for its innovative cocktails, whether you're in the mood for something more traditional or more creative. You could also try one of their delicious wine and cheese flights, including the Sauvignon Blanc flight, with wines from Australia, New Zealand, and Sonoma County, Chardonnay Flight with wines from Australia and California, Cabernet Flight with wines from Chile and California, Alternative Reds flight, with a bit more variety, or a Sparkling wines flight, with cava reversa, sparkling shiraz, and brut rose. Each of these flights comes with a choice of cheese to go with them. If you're feeling a bit peckish, you can try one of the dishes on their appetizers and dessert menus.
