  Feel at home in this ideally located condo at the Sunbird Condominium in Panama City Beach, Florida. This apartment offers breathtaking Gulf views from every room and features one-bedroom and one-bathroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, and silverware. The living room features balcony access, a couch, a recliner chair, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. There are three pools, one between the two towers and one on the other end of each tower, and one pool is heated. Other resort amenities include charcoal grills and picnic tables located near the east and west pools, restrooms at each pool area, tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard located in the northwest corner of the property, a fitness center in the south end of the building next to the tennis and shuffleboard courts, and trash chutes on every floor across from the elevators. The laundry room is located on the first floor of each building across from the elevators. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Parking passes are $30 and wristbands are $6 each. A maximum of two vehicles are permitted per condo. Ideally located next to the iconic Pineapple Willy’s and just steps from shopping, entertainment, and fun, you can explore some of the best attractions near Panama City Beach, including Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Savor the best of Panama City Beach dining, just minutes from the condo, including Firefly, Schooners, Pineapple Willy’s, Grand Marlin, and Dat Cajun Place. Pool hours are from 8 am to 10 pm. Condominium armbands must be worn by all guests 12 years and older. The beach can be accessed from each of the pools from 8 am until 10 pm, and the center beach access is open 24/7. This property is not pet friendly. Smoking and parties are not permitted inside the property, and there is a $500 fine for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and a unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Washer and dryers are located on the first floor in each building across from the elevators. Includes comfortable spaces for working remotely if needed.
