Dogs PolicyOur pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. We also cannot accommodate exotic pets, such as snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, venomous or otherwise poisonous animals. Please ask the leasing team for more details.

Cats PolicyCats must be indoor only and utilize a litter box.
100 lb Weight Limit

Dogs PolicyDogs must be on a leash at all times while at the community.
350 lb Weight Limit
Pure breeds or mixes of any of the following canine breeds are restricted: Staffordshire Terrior/Pitbull, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf-Hybrids, Akitas, Presa Canarios and Alaskian Malamutes.
