Any booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require a credit card and matching ID on file, with no exceptions, otherwise the reservation will be canceled and refunded. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. If you book this property and are not at least 21 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 21 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 21 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 21 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.
