looked like it hasn't been vacuumed since the last tenants moved out; fourth, the bathroom and kitchen counters had cracks in them and the faucets, shower head, and toilet had rust on them; fifth, there were multiple holes in many of the walls which we were promised would be filled in, yet it's been three months and nobody's come to fix it; and lastly, but not least, the A/C wasn't blowing cold air in 103 degree heat, but at least we were provided with a monstrous swamp cooler that was damaged and missing a hose and probably cost more in electricity than anything else, and it took the property manager and the owner a whole month to finally send an HVAC worker to fix the A/C. But there are some redeeming qualities. There are plenty of plugs and plenty of space, storage is aplenty with a lot of (sticky) drawers and cabinets, decent-sized closets, two bedrooms, blinds on all the windows that all worked, and a door with a metal screen door, regular door locks plus a chain lock on the main door. So, one star for the poor state and poor service received, another star for the good stuff about the apartment.
