Renters Reviews and Ratings
Zero issues.
December 15, 2023I have lived here for 2 years. Neighbors are quiet. People are polite. Management is responsive. Walls are thick. You can't hear anyone unless ur walking by their door. Maintenence is quick. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about the place. Only reason I might move is I want a little dog run/park so my monsters can burn off some energy.Review from Apartments.com
Okayish Apartment
April 25, 2023The landlord has been very responsive and helpful which is why I rate it a 2. The parking is included in the price of the apartment which is nice but anytime it snows you have to move your car for plowing - which can be difficult during snow emergencies so you may need to plan ahead to move your car. Depending on who your neighbors are will depend on the noise level you experience. Personally, I am stuck between one person who moans/groans/yells/burps extremely loudly literally 24/7 and the other ...side you wake up to sex sounds at least once a week. People have barking dogs which can sometimes be a distraction if you work from home. On several occasions maintenance has entered my apartment without warning or sometimes without my knowledge (I have a camera and would see them). I contacted the landlord about this each time and it has seemed to stop so hopefully that's no longer an issue. For the price it's a pretty good place to live but definitely has its cons as highlighted above.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
