March 11, 2025Cherry Arms welcomed us as new immigrants. Staff are professional and friendly. Awesome sunset view of Huntley Meadows if your apartment faces Richmond Highway. Highway noise is inevitable though. Utility charges are fair. Near general stores.Property Manager Responded

Cherry Arms Apt.
February 20, 2016I have been living in Cherry Arms Apt. for over twenty years. The staff are always curtious and helpful, maintenance is efficient and gets the job done. The area is clean and trash is removed on time, the playgrounds and pools are fun for the children. I would say overall I have no major complaints living here. August 18, 2015Cherry Arms Apartments are a great place to live. I love this place because it is peaceful, clean, and very safe. It is located in a convenient area close to 495, metro, Washington Dc, and the National Airport. The apartments are well maintained and when you need repairs, they are fixed right away.
