Buildings are in tough shape
December 3, 2021Been living here for about 2 months now. The biggest issue I have with this place is that the walls and ceiling are paper thin. I’m able to hear everything my neighbors around me are doing. and it has caused me to wake up in the middle of the night almost daily. Quiet, Shopping Nearby
October 8, 2015I have an "efficiency" apartment, which is essentially a studio but with a room portioned off with carpet. I like to call this a human-sized shoe box, but with some storage solutions I know it'll end up being a great fit for being by myself. The location is quiet enough and I haven't seen anyone super creepy walking the complex at night (I get home from work at about 1am). I certainly don't feel unsafe here. There's also lots of shopping nearby -- everything from sushi restaurants to nail salons ...to home goods and clothing. If a package gets delivered to the office, they're great about sending you a notice of the delivery. If I had any complaints, really, it'd be about the half-size water heater I've got (I get about half a small tub of hot/warm water, or a 10-minute shower before the water is back to ice cold). I can't enjoy a nice hot bath or long shower after a long day at work. Another minor complaint is that their valet trash system considers all boxes bulk items, and the dumpster always seems closed off. There are definitely lots of bugs on the property, but I haven't found any in my apartment other than what hitches a ride as I walk in. My First Place On My Own
August 16, 2015This was my first place living on my own. I have always had a roommate. My apartment complex is very friendly. Right away I felt like I was at home. They are always have events, fun contests, fundraisers, and much more. Not only do they send updates to your email but through texts messaging which as a younger person that's my means of communication. They made things very simple in an effective way. I have recommended people to the complex and will continue in the future. I am so exited to say that I love to live hear , I live in a high maintenance area where shopping centers are walking distance , like ulta , old navy , marshals, petco , whole foods , wall mart , Nordstrom and many awesome restaurants. If you think is to expensive for you , you are wrong!!! this apartments are surprisingly affordable , clean and up to date. the people in the office are so nice and professional, the maintenance workers are very professional ...and fast on fixing apartment problems. we have a gym , party room , swimming pools ,volleyball court, basket ball area and ample parking area!!! not to forget across the street there is a emergency room. it near it all :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The cottages of Tulane
July 30, 2015These apartment are wonderful and full of accommodations. I have lived here for only a couple months and have enjoyed every bit of it! The apartment staff is polite and fast to help you if you have questions. The apartments have a pool, volleyball courts, a basketball court along with a car wash station and a golf driving net. It is in a great location that is close to anything you need.
