About Marcy Park Student Housing Co-op
The Marcy Park Student Housing Co-op is made up of two separate buildings totaling 57 apartments near the University of Minnesota’s East Bank. The buildings are located along 10th Avenue SE at the corners of 7th Street SE and 8th Street SE. Located only ¾ of a mile from campus, it’s only a five minute bus ride or a 15 minute walk to get to class on the East Bank. Additionally, because the buildings are located along 10th Avenue SE, getting to the classes on the West Bank is a breeze. The vast majority of apartments that become available during the year at this co-op are for August and September move-in, which makes it a perfect location for students who would like to reside close enough to campus to walk or bike, but who may also like a little cushion between their residence and the bustling atmosphere of Dinkytown.
Marcy Park Student Housing Co-op is located in the Dinkytown Neighborhood and 55414 Zip code of Minneapolis, MN.

Great place for a high price
July 28, 2015I would say my apartment is above average in the Dinkytown area. We have wood floors in the upstairs bedrooms and also in the living space on the main floor. Landlord is pretty good about fixing problems that arise right away. If we ever have issues with anything and contact them about it, they contact us back right away. Each of my roommates are able to have our own rooms and they are also of pretty good size. There is a parking lot in the back but it can only fit 7 cars and there is 16 people ...who live in all 3 apartments. Sometimes I have had to park on the street which is alright, but a hassle because some streets around do not allow parking from 9-5. We pay a pretty high price which is one of my only complaints.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
