Horrible Property Manager
October 22, 2017The Property Manager is overwhelmed with workload that he is unorganized and can't remember one thing from the other, he also manages several other properties in the area. He is unprofessional and showed up at a apartment showing wearing sweats, did not greet us very low customer service standards. I had an apartment showing scheduled 2 weeks in advance for another unit and the Property Manager ended up giving my appointment away and ignored any correspondence with me thereafter. He would only ...correspond via email which is inconvenient if you have to get ahold of him right away. His response to overbooking me was that we can't just walk into a occupied unit although it was his responsibility to notify the tenant.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
