Unbelievably hard to get in contact with. I have called, left voicemails and emailed. If it’s this hard to get a hold of them for some simple pre-leasing info, I can’t imagine how hard it would be if I was a resident.

Unprofessional manager, no respect for resident and clueless

I currently live in Summit townhomes The manager is clueless, very unprofessional, and have no clue if you ask for something. I am paying a lot living in this place. My lease is ending soon and I dont think I will renew my lease. If u looking to rent at summit I will advise you to look for other places. It is better to treat resident with respect when they stop by at the office.
