Hard to contact
November 26, 2022Unbelievably hard to get in contact with. I have called, left voicemails and emailed. If it’s this hard to get a hold of them for some simple pre-leasing info, I can’t imagine how hard it would be if I was a resident.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional manager, no respect for resident and clueless
February 4, 2020I currently live in Summit townhomes The manager is clueless, very unprofessional, and have no clue if you ask for something. I am paying a lot living in this place. My lease is ending soon and I dont think I will renew my lease. If u looking to rent at summit I will advise you to look for other places. It is better to treat resident with respect when they stop by at the office.Property Manager Responded
