About The Riviera
We have a two building community in Roseville, MN on the frontage road of Highway 36. Dead end street with no through traffic. Indoor pool building open 365 days a year and professionally cleaned and chemically balanced daily. Heated underground parking with free surface lot parking for tenants and guests. Small fitness room in the pool building along with a party room that's available for rent! 32 units in each building including one bedrooms, two bedroom/one baths, two bedroom/1.5 baths, and three bedrooms. We have additional free storage units in the coin operated laundry room. There is a laundry room on each floor of the building. Each unit has a balcony or patio walkout. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to Rosedale and other shopping areas.
