      • Disappointing Customer Service.

        May 26, 2021
        Extremely disappointed in managements' clear disregard for maintenance issues. I have been without Air Conditioning for several weeks. I continue to put in maintenance requests and speak to the property manager, and they continue to not fix the problem and not follow up with me. Lack of air conditioning in a luxury apartment is absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first maintenance request that has taken several trips to fill. I would not recommend living in this community at all.
