Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

Disappointing Customer Service.
May 26, 2021Extremely disappointed in managements' clear disregard for maintenance issues. I have been without Air Conditioning for several weeks. I continue to put in maintenance requests and speak to the property manager, and they continue to not fix the problem and not follow up with me. Lack of air conditioning in a luxury apartment is absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first maintenance request that has taken several trips to fill. I would not recommend living in this community at all.Review from Apartments.com
