June 5, 2025Moving 2500 miles across country I’d hope that a vacant apartment would be “move-in ready” but found many things that maintenance and cleaning service dropped the ball on in regards to cleanliness and appliance condition. But we aired out grievances and fast forward management took care of all of our requests and concerns. A new fridge, sliding screen door, toilet seat, and cleaning service later, we’re much more happier than when we walked in. April 30, 2025Now that I am settled in I enjoy living there. The neighborhood is quiet, grounds are kept clean but mostly at the front of the complex. I use the gym a lot and I’ll be using the grills. I chose a partially renovated unit and slightly regretting that. You can tell the cabinets have been painted 1,000 times, the walls/baseboards in the bathroom are looking rough, my bathroom sink leaked and flooded already. A positive is that my carpet is new so I was grateful. The office staff is nice. I ...doubt they like me because of my move-in process but they are still kind to me which is all I ask for. My unit was a slight disaster when I got the keys. I don’t think anyone did a final walkthrough before saying it was ready for move in, even the leasing agent looked embarrassed by everything. It took about a week and me wanting to cancel my lease but it all got fixed eventually. So aside from that and that I don’t trust the maintenance team to do the right thing, it’s a nice place to live.Property Manager Responded
