    We love the space in our 3 bedroom unit ! The rooms are all great sizes, the hallway has 3 closets for extra storage space, & the bathrooms are great sizes as well

    This has been the best experience I have ever had renting a apt. All of the staff went above and beyond for me. The maintenance staff have been great! I am so happy I was able to rent here.

    The process was lengthy and a little bit confusing since we had to use PDF. Also we had to complete tasks more than once and we're still getting emails asking for these tasks that have been finished. Also our apartment was NOT READY! There's a bedroom window sealed shut so we cannot open it (fire hazard). There are also cockroaches!!!!! Disgusting!!! Management is nice though. Also people don't pick up their dog poop! I'm a little bit unhappy especially about the ROACHES!

    Villa Serena is a great community! Staff is friendly and always on top of things, my neighbors are all friendly and respectful. I especially like the fact that we are within just miles away from just about everything from shopping to casinos to the freeway... Very happy we moved in and hope to be here a long time.

    Living here has had its ups and downs, but October really stood out for the wrong reasons. Rent this month seemed unusually high, with added fees that weren’t clearly explained until it was time to pay for October's rent. It’s frustrating not knowing a head of time, especially when the overall condition of the property has been slipping. The pool and gym areas, which are typically some of the nicest features of the complex, haven’t been maintained properly for weeks. Around the complex, dog ...
    waste has become a bigger issue too. It’s disappointing to see so many residents not cleaning up after their pets, and it doesn’t seem like management has been proactive in addressing it. On top of that, there was an odd and unsettling accident at the front entrance.

    I love this place but lately the parking area is not safe, there is no light in the hallway for my building.i am disabled and can barely see going down the stairs , I go to work at 5am it's kind of dark and I don't feel safe. And my son's car has been broken into twice and cost me $345 to repair his passenger window. Need cameras or something

    I enjoy living at this complex. It’s very central & I also like how close it is to an elementary school. The units here has different floor plans & i like mines cus it has a wet bar. I also appreciate how maintenance always come in a timely manner when needed. The front office lounge is also great

    I am extremely happy with my home here in the community. Staff is always very helpful and maintenance is quick to respond with any issues. I use the pool in the jacuzzi for physical therapy as I am disabled, and it does get frustrating when the pool is closed and the jacuzzi has been down for a few weeks now. The community is close to shopping and is close to everything. I am hoping to be here for many years to come.
