March 11, 2026I have really have enjoyed my living experience at Villa Serena. Office & Maintenance personnel are wonderful. My only issue is the cleanliness of the dog park which in part is the fault of resident dog owners not being responsible. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned daily & power washed regularly.Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2025The process was lengthy and a little bit confusing since we had to use PDF. Also we had to complete tasks more than once and we're still getting emails asking for these tasks that have been finished. Also our apartment was NOT READY! There's a bedroom window sealed shut so we cannot open it (fire hazard). There are also cockroaches!!!!! Disgusting!!! Management is nice though. Also people don't pick up their dog poop! I'm a little bit unhappy especially about the ROACHES!Property Manager Responded

I especially like the fact that we are within just miles away from just about everything from shopping to casinos to the freeway...
