There is a cozy fenced in backyard and no other units behind you providing mountain views. The main level includes Living area, dinning, kitchen and ½ bath. Kitchen has newer appliances, including a small micro. Tons of storage in the kitchen cabinets. The basement is unfinished but does supply 500 sq/ft of storage space and is a great place for a home gym. Laundry is located in the basement. 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and two large closets. An additional linen closet is located in the hall way. The full bathroom is shared with the second bedroom located in the back of unit. The 2nd bedroom is of a healthy size. The Townhome has central air and comes with window coverings on main floor and newly painted throughout with quality paint. Trash and recycling is provided, one parking spot at the front door is reserved, and landscape and pool are maintained by HOA. All mechanical systems are new or almost new so there should be no issues during your time. It is indicated on this ad that pets are allowed but limited to no larger then 80lbs for dog and there is an additional fee no greater than $300 per month depending on the pet. Limited to one pet. I also would include in the lease that 50% of the fee would be returned if the Townhome is maintained and there is no indication a pet was there after your departure. Furnishings in photos belong to current tenant. Unit comes unfurnished.
