While the apartment itself is not new, the unit has many new amenities and the maintenance staff keeps it running in tip-too shape! I am quite happy there and enjoy all the staff and the neighbors "aren't too loud"--don't care too much the the dog's "excessive" barking, however.

i have only lived here for a few months but i have loved everything. it is very quiet for the most part. neighbors are friendly, as well as the office crew. i love going to sit by the pond and having a picnic. very beautiful.

Things are falling apart in this community. Too many issues with the upkeep of one's living quarter's. Leak after leak, substandard , outdated replacement fixtures. If there are upgrades going on, it sure isn't happening in my unit.
