September 18, 2025While the apartment itself is not new, the unit has many new amenities and the maintenance staff keeps it running in tip-too shape! I am quite happy there and enjoy all the staff and the neighbors "aren't too loud"--don't care too much the the dog's "excessive" barking, however.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2025Things are falling apart in this community. Too many issues with the upkeep of one's living quarter's. Leak after leak, substandard , outdated replacement fixtures. If there are upgrades going on, it sure isn't happening in my unit.Property Manager Responded
