I don't recomend for any body. The management is really funny and terrible bad service, she doesn't care about the Resident ,she is not organized the reason why I said this after I gave her any documents she just email after 2 months I don't why she keep doing that.

I am 100% happy living in the Stratford bldg. The management team is courteous, pleasant, up-to-day on important issues related to maintenance, and not once have I experienced a negative report with the bldg manage. I'm completely happy. And most of all....the thing that stands out the most is the cleaning crew. The Stratford is ALWAYS clean.

Its a great location and the move in was easy. My room is close to the elevator so it makes it great. I also find the tenets friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the place has a gym. That said I think the place needs a lot of maintenance and the rooms need to be renovating. Everything is very 70s and should be brought up to 2020.
