February 10, 2022This building has wonderful features. Opening a new building can be a huge job on so many levels. The staff has worked hard to get things up and running. Naturally there are many kinks, they have regularity addressed them and kindly continued to make their residents number one. Because this is a high cost rental space, the expectations are high. Especially for the larger units. We would like to consider extending our lease if the standard of service remains high. We are always happy to help. While I did realize this before I rented, it was a tradeoff I was willing to accept. December 22, 2021Noko is a beautiful apartment that I'm excited to call home. My parents were also impressed and we feel it is a great addition to our neighborhood. I rated it slightly lower because of the pricing which may put off some younger professionals and potentially people who are looking to retire into an apartment such as my parents who felt there weren't as many designs that would fit their desire of a place to settle into for the price. The amenities are fantastic and the location is great for my ...personal preferences and lifestyle. I am a quiet young professional who loves to have access to outdoors and have a mix of city life while also being in an area that allows a bit of a slower pace of life.
