March 23, 2026The apartment is overall solid. It's not the newest building, but you rarely notice those things. It's great for people who enjoy hobbies outside of the apartment or in their rooms, but otherwise need mainly a quiet place to study or work. The gym is on the smaller side, but again, it works for people who aren't heavy lifters, and on the other end, almost no apartment gym caters to very serious athletes either, so if you're in that middle ground where you lift to look good, it might be an issue. ...It's also safe - haven't heard of any package theft in years, and you see people not pickup their package in days without worry. The biggest recent "upgrade" isn't in the building; it's in bringing in an active and responsive building manager. This building, under multiple management, has had a spotty track record there, with only a few managers that really were around enough to recognize residents. Our new manager is great; the best so far. Hopefully she will stay around for some time.Property Manager Responded

February 13, 2026Pretty good for what we pay for. Sometimes the maintenance requests take a bit but nothing terrible. Their AI agents can be a bit pushy when trying to get you to renew your lease. The building is pretty clean and the staff is friendly.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2026I like the cleanliness and aesthetic of the building. But I cannot get over the key fob system having a delay. The direction in the parking garage doesn't really match up either. Staff is prompt with messaging and I really appreciate that.Property Manager Responded

November 12, 2024I think the apartment is affordable in today’s market, especially with its close proximity to the U’s campus. Garage parking is crazy expensive at $150/month, and the maintenance team typically does quick fixes rather than actual repairs, but other than that it’s a good place to live. The area feels pretty safe and the multiple fob scanners help me feel secure.Property Manager Responded

Overprice and poor management
August 9, 2023Overpriced, package stolen. Crazy water and electricity bills when I live alone. Water leakage during weekend from the fridge but no one to help with it. Got locked out 2 times of the building. keys stopped working. No one to help out with the key at weekends. Had to wait for other renters to get me in. moved out this April, but still have not received my deposit back.Property Manager Responded

Insecure, No Accountability
December 14, 2020Overpriced, insecure, rotating door of property managers. Parts of the building are being rented out to AirBnB so there’s a variety of people (still a pandemic) who often are seen not wearing masks. Ex employees apparently still have building access? So will unplug cameras and steal from the garage. Packages will get stolen, and staff will also not be helpful in that situation. Expect to get victim blamed if your stuff goes missing. My shower handle broke and the emergency maintenance person ...wasn’t available so my water ran for 2 days before someone came to turn it off.Property Manager Responded
