September 30, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comNo Maintenance at all and at the end took all of our security deposits after cleaning the apartment for 4 hours! It was not ANY ANY damages to the apartment at all but he found small tiny things at the kitchen floor, zoomed in and said "not cleaning perfectly"!!
Not Maintenance at all/ very bad landlord
September 28, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comHe took all of our deposit and told us we did not clean it perfectly! The whole apartment has lots of problems and Mike never came to fix it! He always said I am busy and we lived with the miss-functional door and other things. The bath water in the pool could not be drained well and again he never came! My recom: He is a jerk, do not rent UNIVERSITY COURT apartments.

September 28, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWe cleaned the apartment for 4 hour and it was in such a good condition tat the new tenant saw it and wanted it right away! We never had shoes on the apartment. But he took $530/700$ of deposit!!! He did that to couple of more people and I kind of knew that we will be in trouble with this man at the time of moving. And terrible maintenance! The bathroom and bedroom's door were broken since the first day we moved in and he said I will fix it. He never ever came and whenever we saw/call him, he ...said I am busy! We had been in their other apartment for 2 years and again the closets' door was out of rail from the beginning day and he never came to fix it. Do not go wrong with this UNIVERSITY COURTS APARTMENT!
