Wynkoop Brewing Company has been in the Denver area for over twenty five years, and has kept the customers coming for just as long. With that kind of history, there's no need to go anywhere else for your pub needs, just take a load off and enjoy some of the best Denver has to offer. When it comes to pubs in Denver, apartment-ites has plenty of choices. Though it has its fair share of traditional pub fare, Wynkoop 's menu is also full of surprises. Start with a plate of Wynkoop Hummus, Wynkoop Wings, calamari, Ploughman 's Platter, or beer-fried onion rings, or one of their fantastic salad options, including Thai Cobb salad, seared ahi tuna salad, or the buffalo taco salad. You can also try a bowl of their Gorgonzola ale soup or buffalo chili. When it comes time for the main course, they 're a huge range of options to choose from. Traditional dishes, such as shepherd 's pie, fish and chips, and bangers and mash are well-represented, as well as more unique pub options, such as the chicken burrito and spinach and mushroom lasagna. Other entree options include Colorado lamb chops, buffalo meatloaf, venison kabobs, mango chicken, Korabuta pork chops, or Kobe sirloin steaks. If a burger is what you 're craving, served with fresh, all natural Coleman beef, that you can top anyway you want, with mushrooms, bacon, sauteed onions, even guacamole.
