Other Pets PolicyDog deposit includes a non refundable $125 for extra sanitation of the unit that includes extra sterilization of floors and outdoors. We love dogs and allow 1 dog per unit, on some occasions 2 can be accepted.
Must be Spayed / Neutered. No aggressive dogs and no dogs that bark and disturb others. Barking when someone is at the door is expected but continued barking is not. Dogs are not to be left outside when no humans are at home.
