Other Pets PolicyAll pets, maximum of two (2) per apartment, will require an additional deposit of $250 and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. All pet fees and deposits due at move in.
Breed Restrictions apply to the following breeds, but not limited to: Chows, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers), Mastiffs (all breeds), Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Irish Wolf Hounds, American Bulldogs, Great Danes, and any breed mix included in the listing. You must disclose the breed of your pet(s) prior to initializing the application process. Breed, size, weight, number requirements, fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals.

Dogs PolicyResidents must provide a copy of the pets veterinarian records, including weight, and a picture of the pet at time of move-in.
Pitbulls, Rottweilers, American Bull Dogs, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds, Any Bull Terrier Mix, Great Danes, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, and any mixed breed with one of the aforementioned.

Cats PolicyDogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year old, are welcome at our community. All pet residents must have their health check and shots by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.

Dogs PolicyWe welcome all breeds of dogs, except the following breed or mixed breed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard & Wolf Dog Hybrids.* (including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, & Presa Canario.) We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.

Dogs PolicyEach apartment may have a maximum of two total cats or dogs, with a weight limit of 80 pounds per pet. Certain aggressive dog breeds, including mixed breeds, are not permitted. Restricted breeds/mixes include but are not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Pit Bull Terrier), Cane Corso, or any Mastiff breed. Any animals that are not cats or dogs must continually stay in a cage or tank
