I’ve been living here for more then a decade and this new management has been the worst management that has taken over the office. There has been a lot of rodent problems for almost a year and they haven’t taken any serious action to get rid of it. When you call the office no one would answer the call nor would they try to get you an appointment and always make excuses. Also been being charged hourly for any service work from the maintenance crew hourly. Even if they don’t do anything they still ...

charge you because “they took the time to come to your house”. The area I live in is so old and they aren’t taking any action to change it. Worst management team.

I live currently live in Chancellor Manor apartments and did before they renovated as well. For the price you pay, you can't beat it. It is a great place for people that are trying to get on their feet. For the price I pay, I could find something better, but moving is a hassle. Management is always in your business, so be aware of that. I have also had maintenance come in to my apartment without a 24 hour notice because I didn't hear them knocking. In the winter they clear the lots so you have to ...

move your car. There was no 24 hour notice given. Maybe 17 hours, tops. My car got towed because of it.
