When you hear the phrase "international superclub", it usually doesn't mean a lot to hardcore clubbers, who want to know who's actually spun there. Paul van Dyk, Tall Paul and Carl Cox have been among the clubs resident DJs, and Roger Sanchez is one of several quarterly DJs. The overall result is a good old-fashioned rave atmosphere, replete with glow sticks, glow paint, and anything else that looks radioactive under a black light. Indeed, you'll feel like you're more in Ibiza than downtown Miami when you enter the club, though the lounge areas boast a variety of neon spotlights illuminating its cavernous dance floor which was converted from a warehouse space. The club features 3 large dance floors over 2 levels and covers a whopping 25,000 square feet. The much-loved terrace upstairs opens at 4am to a varied crowd with good energy (even though the volume has reportedly been off-putting to the entertainment district's less happy-hardcore inhabitants). Music is mostly house and hip-hop divided between the two floors, and there's no strict dress code, making it perfect for a night on the whim if you decide that you're not quite ready to slink back to your apartment at 6am.
