If paintings are more your style, they have them from an array of different time periods, from the work of van der Goes, Varonese, Heemskerk, and other Baroque and Renaissance painters, to the 18th and 19th century works of masters like Monet, Manet and Sisley, as well as art commonly found in Medieval times. For a real treat, make sure not to pass up their collection of rare illuminated manuscripts and books, ranging from as early as 900 BC, featuring manuscripts from almost every continent.
