We welcome 2 pets per home, dogs and cats only. There is a $350 pet fee (non-refundable) per pet, $150 pet deposit (refundable) per pet, and $15 pet rent for 1 pet or $25 pet rent for 2 pets. Must be at least 6 months old, aggressive breeds are restricted. Please call our leasing office for more details.

Pets are limited by breed. There is a limit of two pets per apartment. A pet fee of a minimum of $300 per pet and is due upon move in or when getting a pet and payable online or via an eMoney order. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet, which must be paid with full rent payment using the online payment site or eMoney order. These requirements do not apply to service/assistive animals. Pet registration and a separate registration fee is also required for all pets.
