Pet screening is required by management and must be completed before the pet arrives. Maximum 2 pets per apartment home not exceeding 65 lbs. combined weight. Pet must be registered, and all fees paid prior. An additional fee will be required. Pet's vaccinations must be current. Classic City Flats has a "NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS" policy.
