Dogs PolicyEach apartment may have a maximum of two total cats or dogs, with a weight limit of 80 pounds per pet. Certain aggressive dog breeds, including mixed breeds, are not permitted. Restricted breeds/mixes include but are not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Pit Bull Terrier), Cane Corso, or any Mastiff breed. Any animals that are not cats or dogs must continually stay in a cage or tank

Dogs PolicyPet screening must be completed prior to move in/each renewal with petscreening.com with any associated fee(s) paid to petscreening.com. *Two domesticated pets are accepted per apartment with the following breed restrictions Pitbull, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, Doberman, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Rottweiler or any mix of these breeds as well as any dog deemed aggressive.

"We do not have a weight limit, but we do have the following pet breeds and pet type restrictions: Pit Bull Terriers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Huskies, and any other breed generally deemed aggressive. A pet interview will be required. Aquarium pets are allowed with the exception of exotic animals, including, but not limited to, rodents, rabbits, and ferrets.Pets must have proof of current vaccinations, proof of weight when fully grown, and breed documentation."
