This apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, access to a fitness center, a lobby/lounge/library, pool access (seasonal), and a sauna (temporarily unavailable). An additional $100-300 pet fee is required based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The apartment is located in the Mill District of Minneapolis (also known as Downtown East), re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. The location and downtown area are very walkable, and Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Valid photo identification is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
