February 25, 2025If you’re looking for a home to rent or buy do not go south of Volusia Ave which is International Speedway. Unless you got to New Smyrna south of Port Orange very nice area. Now you want to go North of ormond Beach Any where else I will tell you the best way to know is find a place and see what rating are the schools even if you have no small school children that will keep you out of the bad areas
