Atlanta is swimming with bars, so apartment-ites have a task on their hands in choosing just which one is best for them. Some offer delicious food, but weak beer. Some other great beer, but nasty food. Some offer great food and a couple of great beers, but the selection is rather poor. If you're looking for a place that has delicious food and a good selection of refreshing beers, then step right up to Moe's and Joe's, a shining star in the Atlanta bar scene. We all know what we come to a bar to do, and that's drink, so it makes sense that one of Atlanta's favorite bars would have a nice selection of quality brews. They have plenty of interesting beers on tap, including Pabst Blue Ribbon, Hoegaarden, and Stella Artois, so it's a great place to grab a pint, but if you want your beer bottled, they've got you covered as well, with plenty of domestic choices, from traditional flavors like Miller High Life and Budweiser, to imports such as Red Stripe, Newcastle and Amstel Light. It may have the flash of many beer selections around town, but you won't leave the bar without something delicious to wet your whistle. The bar is also a hot spot for picking up a quick and delectable meal between drinks. If you're just in the mood for a small bite, there are a huge number of options, including a basket of chili-cheese fries, onions straws, or popcorn, as well as soft pretzels, or homemade cole slaw. For those coming in with more of an appetite, you can start things off with nachos, with your choice of chicken or regular, spicy chicken eggrolls, or even roasted garlic hummus, or you could try their buffalo wings, which are hailed as the greatest in the city. You could also try one of their soups, salads, or a big heaping bowl of chili. For the main course, make sure to try their burgers, which you can top with Swiss, American or cheddar cheese, bacon, mushrooms, blue cheese or chili, or you could choose to get it covered in their famous buffalo sauce. There's even an option for a black bean patty, for those more health conscious. You could also try one of their tasty quesadillas, tacos or sandwiches. No matter what you choose, you'll leave with a full stomach and a smile. Few bars get the balance just right, but Moe's and Joe's seems to have the formula down pat. Apartment residents looking for an excellent bar experience, that also serves up great food, step right up and have a great time.
