We do not have a weight limit, but we do have the following pet breeds and pet type restrictions: Pit Bull Terriers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Huskies, and any other breed generally deemed aggressive. A pet interview will be required. Aquarium pets are allowed with the exception of exotic animals, including, but not limited to rodents, rabbits, and ferrets.Pets must have proof of current vaccinations, proof of weight when fully grown, and breed documentation.

Cats PolicyDogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year old, are welcome at our community. All pet residents must have their health check and shots by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.

Cats PolicyWe accept dogs and cats. Breed restrictions apply for dogs as follows: No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chows, Bulldogs, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and Bull Mastiffs. Large breeds are accepted under 60 lbs, must be spade and neutered. Limit two (2) animals per apartment. Non refundable pet fee of $400 per pert. $20 monthly pet rent.
