We do not have breed restrictions and welcome pets to make this their home too. Bring your fur baby to the leasing office for a belly rub and a treat! The non-refundable pet fee is $400 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Animals must have current license, current vaccines for rabies and any other county specific vaccines.

There is an eighty-five (85) pound weight limit for the first pet. The weight is based on the full-grown weight. Pets larger than fifty (50) pounds are only permitted to reside in first-floor apartment homes.
