A pet fee of $400.00 must be submitted for the first pet and $100.00 for an additional pet. Pets cannot exceed a combined weight limit of 74 pounds.

While we love all breeds, certain restrictions apply, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario’s, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Karelian Bear Dogs, or any hybrid of these breeds. 2 Pet Limit - ECI’s pet friendly communities welcome most breeds of dogs.  However, because certain breeds do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds or mixes of these breeds:  Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Pet fee is $350 for 1st and $250 for 2nd if applicable.
