The pet fee is $300/pet.There is an additional monthly pet rent of $20/ pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs including: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid.
